Tasting Notes

Balanced character with the perfect level of acidity on the front end softened by sweet tannins on the finish. Expect brilliant, very intense ruby red color with aromas of jammy cherries and flavors of ripe strawberries and plums.

Serving Suggestions

  • Tasting temperature: 60-65ºF
  • Pairs well with pork tenderloin, braised ribs, duck, salmon, lamb and soft cheeses.
