Vinification

Each varietal (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah) is carefully hand-selected and sorted under strict supervision by the enologist. Harvest and collection takes place in wood boxes to ensure the grapes arrive to the winery as untouched and fresh as possible. Elaboration of each variety is done separately. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels followed by 18 months of aging. This process is finalized by blending all 4 grape varietals to fully achieve the wine maker's objectives.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant, ruby red color. Intense spicy aromas with a mineral and balsamic character wrapped in ripe red fruit combined with cedarwood. Dry and balanced with a persistent finish characterized by sweet tannins.
