Vinification
Each grape variety is fermented seperately in stainless steel tanks between 80 and 85°F. Malolactic fermentation is made in new French barrels. The wine remains in 225 liter casks for fifteen months.

Tasting Notes
Very expressive nose with red fruit notes (blackberry, red currants),spicy and balsamic bouquet (paprika, oregano). Full bodied with rich and soft tannins and a full toasty finish.
Serving Suggestions
Served at 60-65ºF, ideal with smoked foods, beef, duck, lamb and wild game. Color and tartrate sediment may be present in this wine as it has received minimal filtration. Decant sediment carefully.
