About Spanish Vines
Spanish Vines was founded to introduce in the U.S. the most affordable and quality-driven Spanish wines and gourmet food products, strongly infused with the true rhythm and brilliance of the culture of Spain.
The company’s first two wine offerings are evident of this mission. Each retails for less than $10 per bottle and yet has been praised for its character and personality. The Tempranillo (red) received a silver medal in the 2006 Madrid International Wine Fair and was also just recognized by Wine Enthusiast magazine as a “Best Buy” amongst Spanish wines. The Macabeo (white) was a recognized wine in the 2006 Bacchus Wine Competition in Madrid, Spain.
Many companies import Spanish wine products into the U.S. but neglect the culture that created it. In Spain, selling and presenting a wine is an art form. Spanish Vines exemplifies those same meticulous artistic expressions. The company is an ambassador of Spanish culture and gastronomy not only through its wines and gourmet food products, but also through the interactive SpanishVines.com web portal.
Spanish Vines’ devotion and strong connection to the Spanish way of life is shared through its web blog, which is designed to help educate and open discussions about Spanish wine, recipes and pairing suggestions. A web journal chronicles Founder Josh Hackler’s first-hand accounts of travel through the Spanish countryside. The site also is a source of industry knowledge, tracking facts and figures about the continued growth of Spanish wine and culture in the U.S.
After all… To Understand is to Enjoy!
