Our House Wines The wines that make up our house blends come from some of Spain’s finest estates. Many of which are unknown, as of yet, in America. The twist on our approach is that we work with many undiscovered winemakers and farmers of Spain’s unique D.O.’s to create blends that fulfill our house style: Spanish wine that best represent its individual region.

We always keep in mind that our longterm commitment is to you, the consumer. That’s why Tim, Javier, Joe, and Josh insist on blind tasting an assortment of wines each year to make sure we are fulfilling our house style. Our Partner Wineries With our Partner Wine offerings, we pay homage to a select few winemaking families that have committed their lives to the art.

The selection criteria for these wines is intense. Tim, Javier, Joe, and Josh blind-taste through an entire region to find the property most representative of its terroir. All wineries are 100% estate bottled, which means the individual winemaker or family history is what is represented in each offering.

Although value is always in focus, we offer these selections which are considered collectibles in Spain: A fact which is reflected in some of the price points.
